Linda and John's Garden

This is Linda and John's garden. I recently arranged a barter situation with them - both would love a vegetable garden, but are too busy and frankly, a bit too old to do this work themselves. Here's where I come in. In exchange for some of the bounty, I am going to transform their backyard patch into a thriving VICTORY garden. There is lots of potential here. They even have a small avocado tree. They've also promised sharing of their prolific apple and plum harvests.
I began today by cleaning up the lot. Here's some before pictures. Linda is rather attached to the Vinca and random floral bulbs that are camping out in the lot, so I've kept them for now.
